Essay writing or group discussion:

Earlier they used to conduct a group discussion. But now a days they are giving an essay of around 350 words. 3 or 4 essay topics would be given to you and you will have to choose one. The topics generally given are:

3) Nuclear deal
4) Globalization etc.
So read all the current topics carefully.

Interview:

Interview is generally cool. The interview will be basically hr.For HR interview please refer the section HR interview question.They would also ask questions regarding essay you wrote like why did you choose this topic etc.? You should have knowledge of any basic language c or c++.
