The portions covered in hardware are:
1.Analog electronics
2.A little bit of digital electronics
3.Opamps
4.Control systems
5.specially questions about charging and discharging
Embedded Software

The portions covered in software section are:
1.student may opt c,c++ or java
2.operating system
3.A little bit sql

IT

Do not know much about it
but all computer science subjects.

Interview

Technical:
Hardware:
They will ask you about analog and digital.

They may also ask the questions from your question paper. so prepare well before going there

Software
You should have complete knowledge of three subjects:
1.c or c++
2.operating system
3.computer system architecture

You should have complete knowledge about memory allocation in c
like heap segment,data segment,code segment
what is keyword volatile etc.

IT:
questions regarding
1.c
2.c++
3.sql
